The Cork and Cooperage was created by Brad and Effie Stees. Both are Level 2 Sommeliers and Effie is also a French Wine Scholar and Texas Wine Specialist. Their goal is to provide stellar wines from around the world, both boutique and ones you may recognize from home, while you are enjoying your time here.
