Morning Reef Swim with the San Pedro Swim Club
April 28 @ 7:00 am - 8:00 am| $20
With $20bzd, BYO snorkel gear, meet at 7AM sharp at Palapa Bar’s dock and join the San Pedro Swim Club on Saturday, April 27th!
The San Pedro Swim Club hosts trash cleanups, lionfish hunts, and morning reef swims. We use only reef-safe sunscreens (or none — it’s 7am!) and biodegradable mask soap, we collect any plastics or trash we come across, and we do not disturb the plants or marine life. This means never touching or standing on any coral formation.
This is an exercise swim in a group, not a recreational snorkel session. Although we see lots of marine life and beautiful seascapes, the mission is to improve swim technique and get faster and stronger while bringing attention and contributing to reef protection! Fun, friends, AND fitness!
Cost is currently $20BZD per person to cover our boat captain’s time + gas. Space is limited to 10 people (incl. captain), so please commit asap (via their Facebook Page Event) to hold your spot.
Goal is to return to dock by 800am. See you in the sea! BYO snorkel gear!
