La Ruta Maya River Challenge is an event starts off at the Hawskworth Bridge in San Ignacio, Cayo and ends at the Belcan Bridge in Belize City. It is one of the most anticipated events of the year, which transpires over the course of four days and racers travel a 180 mile river route.
