I’m a big wheel of fortune lover, I grew up reserving my week-day afternoons to watch the day time game show with my grandma 🙂

Well this past week Grand Prize winner Dan Keyser and wife Sharlene enjoyed their prize which was a seven day/ six night stay at the Ramon’s Village Resort. Dan is the the fourth person to have won the show’s Grand Prize within the last two years and what a prize this was! During their stay the two were provided with daily breakfast, Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley snorkel trips and round trip Tropic Air flights to and from the island! Talk about a come up!

The couple was welcomed to the island by Ramon’s Village owners Richard & Gina Headrick along with the legendary host of  the iconic beach resort Mr. Ramon Nunez . While here they certainly got to experience the best of the island  as they explored town, enjoyed shopping at the Tiki Turtle Trading Company, snorkeled with Ramon’s Divers and of course dined at Pineapple’s on the Beach. We absolutely love the food there, so we know they enjoyed as well!

Ramon’s Village was ,more than happy to have provided the Grand Prize of hosting the lucky couple. They believe that  the exposure on Wheel of Fortune greatly helps promote Belize , as the typical viewership per show exceeds ten million!

Way to go Ramon’s and congrats Dan and Sharlene! We hope you had an UnBelizeable time!

I’m a sucker for a fuzzy face, a feathered face, a face with fins or even one with scales! I am in love with the creatures and the flora that are synonymous with Belize and every opportunity I have to learn more about them and explore their wild habitats I am there! I’m the happiest when I’m snorkeling the reef and swimming with turtles, however my passion is not just limited to critters! Laced throughout this compact jungle gem of a country live the Kriol, Maya, Garifuna, Mestizo and Spanish people, and experiencing each culture, especially their celebrations is one of my favorite pastimes.
